Our unit is on Whitby Road in Brislington, so most of the city is twenty minutes away. We carry glass for the cars Bristol actually drives, and we recalibrate the camera on the same visit rather than sending you across the city afterwards.
Registration, postcode and a photo of the damage if you have one. We price it against the VIN and come back the same working day.

Half the city is a residents’ parking zone and the other half is on a hill. That changes how a mobile job gets planned, so we plan it before we set off rather than on your doorstep.
In an RPZ we ask for the bay behind your permit and we will wait rather than block a street. On a slope we bring chocks and we will not bond a screen on a camber steep enough to let the glass creep before the urethane grabs.
Anything inside the Clean Air Zone we do in our own compliant van. If you are in a multi-storey with a 1.9m barrier, tell us when you book — the van will not fit and we will move you to the unit or find you street level nearby.
Rain is the other one. Urethane will not cure properly in the wet, so if it is coming down we either use a canopy or we move you. We would rather move the appointment than hand back a screen that leaks in November.
Permit bays and tight Georgian terraces. We park on your permit and work off the pavement side.
BS8Plenty of street level work. North Street gets busy from ten, so early slots run smoother.
BS3Heavy RPZ coverage. Tell us your zone when you book and we will sort the parking beforehand.
BS6Steep side streets off Air Balloon Road. We bring chocks and pick the flattest bay available.
BS5Driveways and wide verges, so most jobs here are straightforward same-day work.
BS7Ten minutes up the ring road from the unit. Good for jobs that need a second visit.
BS16Our own patch. If you would rather bring it in, the unit is on Whitby Road.
BS4Mostly off-street parking. Tree cover means we check for sap and grit before we bond.
BS9Chip repairs booked before 11am usually go in the same day, because they slot into gaps in the run. A full replacement is normally next working day, sometimes same day if the glass is one we carry and the run allows it.
If the damage is in your line of sight and spreading, say so on the call. That changes where you sit in the queue.
Yes. We need the car in a bay your permit covers, and roughly three metres of clear space on the working side. We do not need a permit of our own for a short job, but we will not block a live carriageway to save you moving the car.
Here, on the same visit. Static calibration needs a level floor and controlled light, so that one happens at the Brislington unit. Dynamic calibration is a road drive and we do that from wherever the car is.
You get the calibration report either way. Keep it — insurers and main dealers both ask for it.
Most comprehensive policies include glass cover, and it usually sits outside your no-claims bonus. In practice you pay the glass excess and we invoice the insurer for the balance. We make the call, not you.
Some policies cap the payout if you use a non-approved fitter, so check the wording or read us the policy number and we will check it.
Urethane does not cure properly in the wet. If we can rig a canopy we carry on; if not we move you, usually to the next dry slot or into the unit. We will ring before we set off rather than turn up and shrug.
Bristol is the busiest part of the patch, but the vans run out to Bath, the Somerset coast and the villages north of the ring road every week.
